Ensuing Violence proves Darwin's postulates

WAR in Afghanistan, in Iraq,in Palestine, Civil Wars in many African nations ,Conflicts in Kashmir ,Srilanka,Checyna and pakistan, So what does this all mean? Manking is becoming decadent(Detoriating)? No! ,they are maturing . Yes, Mankind has started to grow and they have matured. Surprised? Let me prove my point with Charles Darwin's theory of evolution . According to Charles Darwin as a species matures on earth,it naturally plunders the natural resources that suits its needs . This on ensuing for a few hundred years naturally leads to competition and atlast the SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST. Thats what is happening to man kind . Th population continues to grow exponentially while Antropophilic resources( Subset of Natural resources , I presume you understand the meaning) continues to decay exponentially. So this normally leads tocompetition among people ( VIOLENCE) and thus only the fittest survive. So whatever may be the war , and whereever it may take place the cause may directly or indirectly point to competition for natural resources. Thus consumerism and population growth is the main cause for all wars across the Earth . So rather than supporting peace missions ,( the word peace itself is an illusion) and having awards such as Nobel prize for peace, the best method to tackle the ongoing crisis is to curtail the excessive consumerism and population growth . In the above context of war many people call nations, persons etc as bad, evil . This really made me think the definition of a bad/evil deed. As per Indian Penal Code the deadliest act ( most evil deed) is killing a life . But you should all be aware that that each one of us kill thousands of small organisms (insects, microbes) and lives everyday day . Theres fundamentally no difference between the life of a mosquito and human, both cannot be brought back, so why this prejudices that human life is bigger. So lets understand that a murder convict isnt a bad person he is as bad as we. He is just participating in the competition to survive that every one of us do . And also note that in a few decades killing another human would become an everyday affair if the consumerism and population grows exponentially because this would take the competition to final phase . So lets understand that there is no polarisation( good and evil) on earth as all religion propogates ( Religion and gods just a creation of man to maintain his society and to satisfy his natural selfish desires) but only neutralisation . The creator(called as god by people ,i call it a scientific force) has preffered equilbrium , and lets understand that there is no good or evil deed, if a deed is good all deeds are good, if its evil all deeds are evil. Dont ever be guilty of any act.

Parochialism,Jingoism,Fanaticism....Let these 'ism's go awry....

It was the morning of 27/11/08 , North east monsoon was at its peak .....,my mom who was so obsessed with the hurricane nisha switched on the television , rather than the news about the hurricane making the headlines , the head lines read 'WAR ON MUMBAI', she was utterly shocked.I slowly got downstairs and had a look on the television . I wasn't feeling even a slightest tinge of surprise , after watching so much terror attacks in a year, this one didn't affect me. However when i came back from college i realised that enormity of the attack and the magnitude of the disaster . I was awe struck by the skill of the terrorists ( Although i had a strong hatred towards them) . I slowly made my way to my study and got engrossed in some deep thinking. My apathy for these Islamic terrorists started growing and at a particular point I begin to wonder about the cause for such a tremendous spur in islamic terrorism.....Remember these Islamic fidayeens are also humans , they are also sympathetic to fellow humans , yes ,their sympathy towards their own people( Islamic community) has resulted in this parochialistic( narrow minded) Jingoism( Nationalism) ......., the irony is that we Indians are highly jingoistic then these fidayeens , We get angry and organise massive protest even for a slightest of anti India sentiments ,say ' a Harbhajan symonds issue' or ' GW Bush calling Indains, gluttons' or 'say an open minded Advani calling MAJinnah a legend' arent we higly jingoistic? Isnt Raj thackeray highly jingoistic than these islamic fidayeens? yes he is ...., he organises massive protests when there is not even a slightest evidence of marginalisation of marathis.... But look at these fidayeens ..... when their whole community has been killed, raped and murdered , by the Indian genocide in kashmir and the US genocide in Afghanisthan ,Iraq, why can't they be jingoistic? Dont think i am symphatising with the Islamic fidayeens ,but this is the other side of the coin most people fail to see... , Remember the number of innocent Islamic civilians killed in Iraq,Afghanisthan will far outnumber the number of innocent civilians killed in these terrorist attacks. Islam is a little rigid religion and it doesnt possess the flexibility of Hinduism and Christianity to adapt so quickly to modern changes . But when these changes are forced upon the people of Islamic origin by the non islamic states in the pretext of enforcing modernity , and when they fail to respond , there arises tension and friction which ultimately leads to destruction.. Remember there was no case of Islamic terrorism until US started meddling with Afghanistan ( led to the birth of Al Queda) and India started meddling with Kashmir. So the meddling of a state by another through parochialistic jingoism should be stopped... Let them be independent ,let them lead their own life however it may be.... so the main thing that has to be done to eradicate terrorism is to STOP the 'GLOBAL WAR ON TERROR' ,rather than fighting with the terrorists, lets engage them ,lets allow them to live with freedom , Lets not interfere in their culture and practises, afterall they are also humans ,their lives are also as valuable as ours....So lets not say' Jai Hind' Lets say 'Jai Universe'...Lets not be even jingoistic about our earth.............

Womans power , a need for thorough retrospection

It was an usual morning after getting up , I ran downstairs like mad to have a glance at my love , yes ,my first love , a lady of more than 100 yrs , surprised ? yes its none other than The Hindu newspaper . I love the paper so much because it taught me first how to spell , the second thing is that, it taught me , how to be myself even when the whole world is changing . Yeaaa…, when all other newspapers succumb to the cheap tabloids and advertisements the Hindu sticks on to its traditionality . It is the same Hindu that i read before 10 yrs with addition of a decent new look as designed by virtuoso Mario Garcia. Yea, then after running over the pages.... no great news!!! except the disheartening mumbai indians elimination ,so i just had a look at the more outspoken magazine the outlook . I was surprised to see an article on the rising instances of woman drinkers in india . Oh god!!! i cant beleive my eyes, how can this happen in india , no not at all , i began to read the article . It was sooo disheartening that such a habit was prevalent mostly among all the affluent urban woman who are with their own jobs . I was really shocked when i read a woman saying drinking is a social responsibility . She also said that in big get togethers which involves a lot of big wigs from the MNCs, a person who doesnt drink becomes an unfit person. Is this the culture the MNCs propogate?? , is it our true Indian culture...??? Friends please remember the Hindu, when u have such a moral obligation . It has stood steadily with time when others have succumbed. It doesnt lose its original qualities......, so lets stick on to our culture when in such situations. Then returning to the article although i was upset on reading it , i was also happier on the other side. Can u guess why? yea because the woman have started to venture into un ventured territories( they have even started drinking). Yea So is 33.3333% woman reservation in parliament needed? lol ,no,not at all, it would be a few days before woman over haul men in politics, So male politicians beware... and thoroughly retrospect womans power..........

Should we act in a play within a play????

After the advent of IT based services, there had been a plethora of opportunities for Young Engineers and technocrats all over India. Placement and Interview training has become an essential feature of all the Technical Institutions in India. But in such trainings, students are taught to act and hide their original personality in order to get a mere job in a Multi National Company. Students too attracted by the huge salaries follow their guides and act such that they are so cultured and cosmopolitan. Should we fake ourselves just for a job??

FORMAL DRESSING:

One of the most important aspect that all interviewers expect is formal dressing, with neat pants, ties and shirts. Are the persons who are formally dressed alone , disciplined and cultured??, are we in our formal dress always ?,so why is that it is more stressed upon?, such formal dresses, like ties, coats, suits are all suited to cold climate of the westerners, unfortunately they have forced upon these habits on us which have made us lose our originality and culture!!!. Our own costumes like kurtas, sarees have all lost their importance . So I think that culture and discipline is in one’s mind rather than costumes, the best example for discipline ‘Our own father of our nation’ was a half naked fakir!!!, isn’t he disciplined and cultured??

FAKING OUR PERSONALITY:

The other aspect is faking themselves in an interview which is done by most interviewees. In this flat world with a lot of urge for knowledge and communication ,the interview trainers train the students to answer a question in a prescribed fashion that could fetch a person a job in the company, students too follow the same and they get the job but eventually they lose their originality. Why are we losing ourselves for the sake of a job. The most crazy of all the training is that , an interviewee is trained how to walk, how to sit ,how not to sit, these are all the basic qualities which has to be tuned during childhood rather than now. The companies rather than expecting such stereo typical regularities, could encourage the students to come out with their original personality and intentions which could be good both for the student and corporates. We know that ‘All the worlds a stage’ and we are just actors who have come to act, should we act in a play within a play?? ,think it over…..

Opposite sex phobia--is it a mania????

That was a beautiful morning ,after a good breakfast,i was in the lecture hall of Electrical science Block ,Indian Institute of Technology -Madras.The lecture was so great that made me sit up and gaze at the professor with great admiration. The lecturer asked so many questions and eventhough i knew the answers for a lot,i wasnt able to come out with the answers as powerful as my North indian friends from NITs.I wasn't also able to come out with the doubts which were spranging up in my mind. I went to my hostel room in a sombre mood because i have missed the valuable chance to clear my doubts. As usual when we friends were relaxing in the lawn infront of Himalayan Mess,i started to think about the strange behaviour of mine. I have also been behaving like this since my standard ten.I also observed this behavior among most southindian guys especially ones from south tamilnadu.I started thinking over the reasons for such a foolish behaviour of mine. The first reason that sprang up in my mind was fear to be ashamed ,that too specially being mocked on by the whole class for a stupid question or answer, that too infront of opposite sex.Me being an ardent quizzer used to answer for each and everything in my class until my class 10,then i began to get a little reserved answering only if the situation demands.I too stopped asking a lot of doubts i used to ask to my lecturers. All these qualities developed with age.Yes,such kind of environment is prevailing allover South Tamilnadu where students stop asking doubts, and stop anwering questions due to opposite sex phobia .Why such a situation is prevailing mainly in tamilnadu that too in south???,when i started thinking over this i got an answer.Only in south tamilnadu our ancient tamil culture seems to be followed in which men are usually prohibited from talking to a woman unless its of a definite purpose. But i dont think such things are applicable in todays competetive world. If we carefully examine we will come to know tamilnadu stands first in India in number of AIDS patients.Yes,when u are prohibited from doing something your mind will get too much obsessed with it thats what the situation that is prevailing in tamilnadu where people dont exchange their feelings in mind openly (like Richard gere, lol) . So its the time in which politicians ,students and people in tamilnadu start to realise in todays competetive cosmopolitan world a man talking to a woman and working with her is not a erroneous act,but a move that has to be appreciated because it removes the barrier between the two sexes and encourages exchange of ideals which is of great importance. Dear fellow tamilians befriend opposite sex,but be sure that you have your roots in our culture as Nehru said.So share a friendship with the opposite sex,but beware that you dont cross a limit which ultimately spoils your life. All the Best!!!!

Green Revolution ---2

India is galloping on its prowess of being a IT power house, but none of us recognise that agriculture the backbone of the indian economy is getting meek day by day.The rural urban divide is widening and villages are getting depleted. So I thought about this when i was alone in my home and some new Brain wrecking imaginations sprang up in my mind. I thought that why dont we establish ARTC ( Agriculture Research And training centre) across the villages of india .Such ARTCs should take care of the crop produce by the villages under their control, they can organise some farmer get to gethers to find the solution for farmers problems by fellow farmers itself ,and they could even expose farmers to the latest developments in Agriculture,Such ARTC's with a well established Labaratory and networking facilities could provide weather forecast to the farmers in the local areas. They should also take care of regulation of prices of vegetables and can even buy the crops from the farmers and sell them at the ARTC owned retail outlets in cities. Only Agriculture graduates should be employed in ARTC and each ARTC could have from 7-10 employees. So when such a system is implemented thousands of unemployed agriculture grads will find a job and it will also encourage the younger generation to opt for research in Agriculture and Rural management. ARTC could be implemented in a phased manner,at first in a few hundred villages then virtually across the villages of the country. Two panchayats may share an ARTC,Gandhiji said "THE FUTURE OF INDIA LIES IN ITS VILLAGES",so fellowmates dont look up at career only in IT,BT sectors, you have a lot to explore in the unexplored areas of ruralmanagement and agriculture which eventually provides us with food, think it over.................

Happiness in a defeat..........

It was march 17th,saturday,after a good nap in afternoon i was very excited because it was India's first encounter with Bangladesh(A minnow in cricketing world) in the group B match in port of spain. India won the toss n chose to bat,it was the begal dada saurav n sehwag opening.India's dismal day started after sehwags dismissal.Uthappa....then the little master were dismissed,oh god i was upset,am i seeing a WC match?? i cant beleive!!!,so i tuned on to watch the match of another subcontinent powerhouse the pakistan.Oh nooo, pakistan are 80/6,irish terrorising the pakistanis,I was a bit satisfied now, because not only India is struggling. Then Indians were bowled out for 191,i was upset!!,but the paks are bowled out for 132,i am a little satisfied now.I was really afraid to see Bangladesh bat,soo i slept. My wildest dreams came true, cha!!! the Bangla tigers won the match.A sombre Dravid in a post match press conference, then i saw a more upset inzamam ,although i was initially upset on seeing Dravid,i began to smile slightly ,i think you might guess why?? because paks too lost???thats how most Indians think, thats what is responsible for our downfall, comparing ourselves always with others.Such a habit is taught to a child in indian education system right from kindergarten, forcing the child into a rank system poisoning their minds.Even if a child manages to just pass but beat his/her competitor ,the parents of the child are satisfied. But viceversa they are upset!!!.To improve the mindset of indians first the rank system should be done with.Only grades might be given,a child should be taught to compete only with his/her past scores not with their class mates, only then the minds of indians will refine....(hahah,Sorry if some patriotic indian feels tough on them).Ooh sorry i haven't answered my question,"why did i slightly smile??" ,yea because teams that were considered to be minnows have started to compete among the giants.Cricket has started expanding n growing....a 8 Nation game is expanding into 16 nation game, dear patriotic indians be HAPPY,dont be upset about india's loss to Bangladesh,but... be happy that our COUNTRY'S UNITING RELIGION cricket is spreading and expanding.Come on india, cherish the HAPPINESS IN THE DEFEAT..............................
